THE MEMORY GAME...

I've seen so many people do this and I've left memories but hadn't gotten around to actually posting the game on my blog. Mostly because I don't think I'm exciting enough for people to have any sort of memories that include me! How lame is that?! I have decided that atleast my mom will have some, so if for no other reason than to see what she has to say, I will play along. (BTW, mom....no stories about my "round bottom" and how I used to fall off chairs...)

Here's how it works...

1. As a comment on my blog, leave a memory that you and I had together. It doesn't matter if you know me a little or a lot, anything you remember! If we're only blogging friends, write about a post that is the most memorable for you.

2. Next, re-post these instructions on your blog and see how many people leave a memory about you. If you leave a memory about me, I'll be sure to write one about you...!

3. If you can't say something nice, don't say anything at all. And please do this on your page, too, so we can all share in the fun times together. :)

I have posted my answers on my blog...
Memory of me and Sarah...Visiting when Camden and Trenton were blessed, and when Rylie was baptized. Seeing what a great mom you are and how patient you can be with 4 busy beautiful children.

And you said you couldn't read minds! That was my first thought. Next is how when you were probably about 2, you would line up all of your "babies" on top of disposable diapers. This was how you "changed" them. You also used to wake up with the sun. No matter what, when it came in your window, you were ready to start your day. At least you liked to play quietly by yourself, because I certainly wasn't ready to get up! Love, Mom.

I remember scrapbooking all around mom's table with you and everyone. I remember being barely engaged and having family dinner on Sunday - You and Josiah couldn't keep your hands off each other (not much has changed) It was so much fun!!! I remember going to the hospital when Rylie was born and seeing you in the rocking chair right next to her...it was amazing how suddenly you were an amazing mom. Love ya Lots! Jill :)

So what memories do I have of you? I think the one you left on my blog was probably the moment when I felt like more then just your sister in law but more of a friend. I also really enjoy playing games with you guys. Eating red vines and brownies...and maybe 3 or 4 candy bars in one sitting...Ok maybe that wasnt you that did that but it was your significant other and it was very funny when he didnt feel so good afterwards. I also enjoy crafting and cooking with you. It's always fun to get into a deep discusion with you. Anyway I don't want to be called Jeremy and take up to much space!!

I remember lying in our bunkbeds at night and talking and giggling when we were supposed to be going to sleep. Oh, and the time I apparently freaked you out because I was smiling in my sleep and you saw me in the mirror as you were getting ready for school or something.

So many memories Sarah ...

Prom - I'm still a tiny bit embarrasssed (meaning I would have LOVED to go with a real boyfriend and ended the evening with an awesome make out session). Our dates were such gentlemen weren't they. . . it was fun! Tell my date he let me down and owes me that make out session I never got. Ha, ha, just KIDDING!

I remember getting clinique makeovers, double dates, lots of laughs, lunch on the grass, driving in the Marshmallow Man car (is that what we called the Metro?), New Years eve and The Cranberries.

Laughing through 5th hour PE and smart mouthing in the Back of 6th hour English while eating Starburst!

I remember you were playing the Phantom of the Opera soundtrack at your house once and it came to that LOUD scream and I thought it was REALLY YOU screaming! So then I screamed too!

I remember feeling so COOL and OLD going to dances, swimming at apartments at night and searching for a MAN to love!

I remember ironing your wedding dress on the stage of the church. And that my bridesmaid dress was actually nice! I remember following you on the temple grounds when you had your pictures done - You two were so IN LOVE it was sick :)

I remember our days apart and wish I'd kept in better touch. I regret missing so many years of your life. But I also remember that wonderful phone call that brought us back together and now becoming better friends than ever!

I remember all the nice things you've said about me. You are really kind and generous and a great friend. - hugs. Now I'm home sick - thanks a lot!
