After doing this one, I think from now on, anything longer than maybe 4 or 5 letters, will for sure need to be done in the block style. Therefore, my FREEDOM may never see the light of day. These I think are just too big to embellish them really well if there are more than just a few letters. This morning I sat around catching up on all the movies we've bought in the last few weeks, that I ended up falling asleep less than 20 minutes into them. I have a problem staying up late anymore to watch movies. Fortunately, Josiah is used to it and atleast pretends to still like me. First I watched I Am Legend. I won't mention that my sil Jill ruined the ending for me the other day. I will spare anyone reading this, incase they haven't seen it yet. It was good though. Then I watched Stardust. Also a good one....if you enjoy love stories, which I do. Yesterday I watched Enchanted while I finished up my letters. It did make for finishing the letters twice as long, but I enjoyed the movie, so that's ok.
Tonight, some of the ladies in the ward are starting a walk/run club. I think I may join in. We haven't been getting down to the gym much at all lately. I think it wouldn't be so difficult if we didn't have to schedule for the child care. Anyway, I think this might be fun. I really enjoy running and it would likely be more exciting than a treadmill. Not to mention the fact that I could get to know some of the girls a little better. We'll see how it goes.

LOVE the letters! Just paper decoupaged on wood letters? I've seen these and wanted to do them but ignorant to how. Did you attach them to each other too? Idea: how about USA instead of FREEDOM? Shorter. :)
Good for you about the walking! I find it much easier to do than the gym (no sitter) and how fun to walk with people! I'm all about the company is great when in misery! HA!! Good luck!
They turned out great! You're so talented, Sarah! I was in a walking club in Mesa for a while after Lyns was born. It was great fun.
totally cute spring! love it! way to go! i like to watch movies while i craft too. but we don't have a TV where i craft anymore so it's me and the wall. music is a must though or a friend to chat with is even better

I am so behind on movies it's not even funny! I'm lovin the letters. I ought to kick myself in gear and make a craft one of these days. I'd say go for it on joining the walking group. My ward has a walking/running group training for a 5k in the fall. I'm not on board yet. Honestly probably won't do it. So far you and maybe 2 others are the only exercise buddies I've ever liked joining up with. If I'm going to do something boring I'd better like the people I'm doing it with!

oh- and good luck with your freedom letters. i do think that they'd still be cute, even if you didn't embellish each letter, maybe leave a couple of the letters without, just use really "busy" paper on those letters?! just an idea!

I just rented stardust...was a little wierder then I thought it would be but still fun to watch...the boys ended up watching it with me till midnight last night!! and they barely made it through the gate this morning...
