Just For Fun Friday....

Random pics!

...yes, she's 9.

This one is funny because that beaver..."Buddy the Beaver" is the rotating stuffed animal for preschool. Each week, who's ever house preschool is at, that's who gets to keep Buddy for the week. At the beginning of the next week, whoever had it the previous week, gets to tell all about what they got to do w/Buddy. Trenton was not at all excited about this. We literally had to force it all on him. He didn't want to take it in the car, carry it, act like he was having fun with it, nothing. When I set it on the desk while he was playing games on the computer, he smacked it off with the back of his hand. Camden was more than happy to hold it in the car for Trenton, on the ride to Jamba Juice. Once we got there, Trenton did NOT want it to be taken out of the car. Needless to say, this smile on Trenton's face, was not natural...

Yep, but she'll only be 9 once. I think we are all silly at one time or another. Love ya!

Cute pictures. I especially love the first one. So cute! I noticed the guitars in the background. Who plays?

Look how domesticated Josiah is! How that young man has evolved. Back in the day, he'd stand in the midst of his unique contributions to our family life, i.e., chaos, panic, disorder, madness, hysteria & grief, and he'd survey his handiwork and say, "My service here is completed." Now, he's so tame! Sarah, when will you reveal your secret? Do you have an advanced degree in wildlife management? I love you all.
Love,
The Ancient of Weeks
They're out to get me, just because I'm paranoid.
He started with nothing, and he still has most of it left.

Cute pics -- I especially love the one of Rylie. :o)

Maybe Trenton doesn't like feeling he *has to* do things? Or maybe he prefers raccoons!

Love the Bear! Love the attitude towards the Bear, too! Sounds like one of my kids!

FUNNY! Don't you love it when kids exert their independence! Always good to see photos of your day-to-day but now I want a Jamba.

Josiah plays the bass and has his set up in our room. The kids all got guitars for Christmas last year and none of the actually play, however, Josiah has taught them a couple things about the guitar and he can even strum out a few songs on them. He tunes them every so often also, but they don't stay tuned for very long. The kids wanted them for their "band" that they were forming. Kids are funny.
