Loved it!

I was invited by a few girls from my ward to go see Twilight with them this morning. We got into the first showing of the day and actually got some fairly decent seats.

I think I've admitted this before, but I'll say it again. This was the first movie I was going to see where I'd actually read the book first. I've always heard people comparing the movies to the books and being disappointed, so I wasn't sure what to expect.

I wasn't too thrilled with the acting that I'd seen in the trailers, so that was the one thing that I knew I would notice. I think because of the fact that I was kept entertained throughout though, it pretty much distracted from any poor acting that may have gone on.

I was not at all disappointed! I was reading a comment that someone left on another blog about it and she mentioned that if they had made it 5 hours long rather than just the 2 hours, so that they could have fit in all of the good details, she would have sat through it....I have to agree. I think I would be completely enthralled and sad at the point that the 5 hours had come to an end.

I guess I'll just have to read the book again! I'm about 1/2 way through the 4th book. I'll wait to reread the first til I'm done with the one I'm on.

Can't wait for the next movie to come out!

Hope everyone is having a fabulous Friday!

P.S. **weightloss update** I've gone down 8lbs since I started on Nov 4th! YAY! Two more pounds to go til I've reached my goal...but I plan to keep going!
